The weather disco:

My spring forecast for st. Louis will be out thursday…February 21st…9:30 on fox 2.

Still mild but windy on thursday…We stay ahead of an arctic cold front all day and into the evening…So a hint of spring in the air…Back into the 50’s…Pleasant thursday evening…Cold air rushes in late night and friday will feel like winter…Breezy and highs in the low to mid 30’s…Warmest part of the day will be midnight friday morning. A huge trough of low pressure sets up over the great lakes…This open the arctic up for friday into sunday morning…We have to watch impulses dropping down in that cold flow…Maybe light snow and flurries from time to time…Two systems in play next week…Maybe three…Big questions about the link of cold and moisture…As always….Too early to call…If your a model wonk..They will be flipping all over the place.
