NORTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO. (KTVI) - Bob Schwartz retired almost 15 years ago, but he'll be the first to tell you he's as busy now as he's ever been. Bob spends two days a week volunteering with at-risk students in an alternative program at Hazelwood Central High School. As a retired engineer, Bob knows a thing or two about math and science, but he also knows a lot about life, and fortunately for the students, Bob is more than willing to share not only his knowledge, but also his wisdom.

Watch as a Hazelwood teacher says thank you to Mr. Schwartz with our $500 Pay It Forward Award.
