(STLMoms) – Looking for something you can do quick for dinner tonight that the kids will love? Enter – the Fabulous Fajitas courtesy

Now if you want to hurry this along a little, pick up two (2) the “Tyson’s Grilled & Ready Chicken” or “Fajita Grilled Chicken” packets from your grocery store’s refrigerated section.

You’ll need:
2 cups of Chicken or 2 “Tyson’s Grilled & Ready”
Bell peppers — green, red, yellow
1 Onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms10 flour tortillas

1 – 2 diced tomatoes
sour cream
taco sauce or salsa
Tortilla chips
Shredded Cheese (desired blend)

Quick & easy. Use two tablespoons of butter, margarine or some sort of cooking spray and saute your onions, mushrooms and bell peppers in one skillet.
If you are using uncooked chicken, cook it in a separate skillet with a bit of salt, pepper and/or seasonsings until there is no pink left.
If you are using the Tyson’s Grilled & Ready bags, add to the onion, mushroom and bell peppers AFTER veggies are a bit soft. Cook until chicken is warm.

Heat tortillas according to packaged directions. Add chicken and veggies to warmed tortillas and top with your favorite toppings.

Add tortilla chips to the side and you’re done! This meal shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to prepare.
