ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)– A 29-year-old man has been charged after a stabbing death on Laclede’s Landing.
Darael Fentress was charged with Voluntary Manslaughter and Armed Criminal Action.
Police say around 1:50 a.m. on March 10, Fentress and Kyle Roberts, 28, were engaged in a verbal confrontation when Fentress allegedly stabbed Roberts.
Roberts was stabbed once in the neck. He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Fentress allegedly fled the scene, but was later arrested.
Bond information was not released.
