O’FALLON, MO (KTVI) – An O’Fallon butcher proved he’s a cut above the competition. After competing against 24 other butchers in Denton, TX last week, Memo Zenteno advanced to the semi-finals of the Texas Roadhouse National Meat Cutting Challenge.

Zenteno will compete on March 25 in San Antonio in the semi-finals round of the National Meat Cutting Challenge.  As a meat cutter, Zenteno is responsible for hand-cutting every steak is served at O’Fallon’s Texas Roadhouse. In an average year, each will cut about $1 million worth of meat.

Tim got to try his hand at cutting, when he faced off with Zenteno.
