Mizzou Loses To Colorado State 84-72

(KTVI) – The Missouri Tigers rollercoaster ride of a season came to a crashing halt Thursday night in Lexington, Kentucky in the opening of the NCAA Tournament.  Mizzou falling to Colorado State by a final of 84-72 .   The 8th seeded Rams were hot early and raced to a 47-38 lead at halftime. Mizzou was crushed on the boards outrebounded by CSU 42-19.  The 9th seeded Tigers see their season end with a record of 23-11.  It was the third straight year that Missouri lost it’s opening game of the NCAA Tournament.   It was the final game for Missouri Seniors Laurence Bowers, Alex Oriakhi, and Keion Bell.
