(KTVI) - How is the New Year's resolution going?  You're not making it to the gym 5-days a week like you said you would?  Sometimes, less is more with the same results.

Beth Hipp, an exercise physiologist with the Weight-Loss Institute at DePaul Health Center, talked about how even a little bit of exercise a week can go a long way.

A new study shows that even a little bit of exercise a week can go a long way. Those who worked out only two to four times a week felt better than those who went six times.
