(KTVI) - Have a business idea, but short on capital? Need a financial shot in the arm? Would $20,000-$50,000, plus some office space and mentoring help?

It's time for the 4th Annual St. Louis County Business Plan Competition - now called "The Startup Challenge." They are giving away a total of $100,000 to three local startups - with no equity stake.
