ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)– It will be easier to return military medals to the vets that earned them under a bill passed by the Missouri house.

It will allow state treasurer, Clint Zweiful, to share information about the medals, such as photos and the names of individuals who earned them, with veteran organizations and the public on his website.

Zweiful currently holds 96 military medals in unclaimed property. The bill now moves to the senate.
