ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – An all-girl Catholic, high school in South St. Louis will stay open thanks to the grassroots efforts of the school’s alumni. St. Elizabeth Academy on Arsenal was set to close its doors for good at the end of the school year. Now it will remain open as a Charter school.

The new school will be called ‘Service Ethics Academy.’ It will open its doors in the fall of next year, and though it won’t be a Catholic school anymore. It will remain an all girl school.
