The St. Louis Rams traded up and down in the wild first round of the NFL Draft on Thursday night. The Rams went into the draft with the 16th and 22nd picks in the first round. But they traded up with the Buffalo Bills to get into the 8th spot so they could select West Virginia wide receice and kick returner Tavon Austin. The Rams then dealt their 22nd pick in the draft to the Atlanta Falcons to pick up more picks later on in the draft. With the Falcons original 1st round pick, at number 30, the Rams selected linebacker Alec Ogletree from Georgia.
