The Cardinals didn’t get shutout, but they lost again. Another quiet night at the plate as the Cards lost to Cincinnati 2-1 on Monday night. Adam Wainwright took the loss despite 7 innings where he only gave up 2 runs. Wainwright had won 4 straight games. Yadier Molina gave the Cardinals their first run since Saturday when Molina doubled home Allen Craig in the 8th inning. Redbirds have now lost three straight at home, falling to just 5 and 5 at Busch in 2013.
