ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-- Cleveland Junior ROTC Academy was almost closed for good recently.

Due to the rainy weather, the Pass in Review Ceremony was moved indoors to the gymnasium at Cleveland NJROTC, but not even the weather could rain on this parade. After a year filled with rumors and threats to close their school for good, students marched in front of family, friends and faculty knowing in their hearts that today's ceremony would not be the last one for their school.

As he led the drill team in front of a full house, cadet lieutenant commander Jacob Lindsay thought about how Cleveland Naval Junior Academy has been more than just a school to him for the last 4 years.

Other fellow members of Jacob's senior class share in the relief that their school will continue on after they graduate.
