ST. CHARLES, MO (KTVI) – It might not exactly be barbecue weather this weekend, but eventually the weather will break and the grills will get fired up.
That's where Troy Black comes in. He's an author and director of the Sam's Club National BBQ Tour. That tour will swing through St. Charles Saturday.
He stopped by the station and showed Elliot how to marinate and grill up some great ribeyes.
