Cable Installer Convicted Of Sexual Assault

ST. CHARLES, MO (KTVI) – A jury has convicted a former cable installer of Forcible Sodomy, Felonious Restraint and Armed Criminal Action. The Prosecuting Attorney Of St. Charles County recommends James Helderle, 21, get 75 years in prison for the four counts.

On December 3rd 2012 Helderle installed cable internet for a 24-year-old CUI customer. He texted the woman asking for a date that night. Two days later he assaulted her with a knife.
