(KTVI) – May Slay will be presenting his Proclamation and signing the Bicycle Friendly Community Action Plan for St. Louis.

Trailnet will be celebrating National Bike to Work Day on Friday, May 17 by offering free continental breakfast for bike commuters compliments of Companion Bakehouse at various ‘refueling’ stations around St. Louis.
