Newborn Baby Pulled From Sewer Pipe

(KTVI) - A newborn baby in China was rescued from a sewer pipe and it was caught on camera.

The dramatic rescue began after neighbors heard cries from the public restroom of an apartment building. Shocked neighbors say a tiny foot sticking out and called the fire department.

But rescuers were unable to pull the baby out so they sawed away an entire section of pipe with the baby still wedged inside.

Firefighters and surgeons were able to remove the pipe piece by piece. The baby boy was free an hour later with is umbilical cord still attached. He's in stable condition.  Police are searching for the parents.
