2nd Suspect Arrested In AK-47 Pizza Robbery

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A second suspect has been arrested in connection to a robbery involving a Domino’s Pizza Delivery driver. St. Louis County Police say  Joey Hale Jr 18,. held up a pizza delivery driver with an AK-47 gun.  The robbery occurred on  Monday, May 27, 2013 at Vodge Rd. and Spanish Pond Road in Spanish Lake.

Ava Jackson, 20, has been charged for her involvement
in the robbery last week. Police say she made the call to the restaurant to order the pizza.  Police are still looking for a third suspect in this crime.

The 20-year-old driver and victim told police he was delivering a pizza to the address when several men jumped from a bush. The men confronted him with an AK-47 and the other a handgun. They demanded his pizza and his money, and he complied. The driver was uninjured.

Hale is being charged with First Degree Robbery.
