JACKSON, MO (KFVS) - Clay Waller is expected to plead Guilty at a court hearing this Thursday. He is awaiting trial for murder charges relates to the disappearance of his wife Jacque Waller. Sentencing will be announced after the hearing.

KFVS-TV reports that her body was recovered on Wednesday May 29th in the Devil's Island on the Mississippi river across from Cape Girardeau. The thickly wooded island is accesssible only by boat.

The 39-year-old mother of triplets went missing after meeting with her estranged husband Clay Waller about their divorce. Her SUV was found abandoned near Fruitland, a few miles away from their home.

Authorities charged Clay Waller with first degree murder in the disappearance before the body was found. He is currently is serving a five-year term in federal prison after pleading guilty to threatening Jacque Waller’s sister in an Internet posting.

For Jacque`s parents, Stan and Ruby Rawson, it`s a long time coming.

Still, they`ve always believed he had something to do with their daughter's disappearance and death, so his admission doesn`t come as a surprise.

But rather than concentrate on Clay Waller, they`d rather think about finally laying their daughter to rest and caring for her 7-year-old triplets, robbed of having a mother.

The children are being raised by Jacque`s sister in St. Francois County and the Rawson’s plan to sell their home so they can move closer and help out.

In the meantime, they`re gearing up for Jacque`s funeral, that`ll be held this Saturday. They spent the day choosing a casket and compiling a photo montage.

Jacque`s family wants her funeral to be a time to honor and celebrate her life.
