New Health Trend Promotes Showering Less

(KTVI) – A trend called ‘cleansing reduction’ may have some health benefits, according to the Daily Mail.

But what it means is only taking showers once or twice a week.

The theory is fewer showers will help preserve the “good bugs” that help to fight disease, and your hair and skin won’t be stripped of essential oils.

Would you ever consider showering just once a week?
