(KTVI) – A Polk County, Florida woman filed a complaint against her local police department after being asked to shake her bra during a traffic stop.

The incident was caught on a police dash camera.  According to the Herald Tribune, a Lakeland officer stopped Zoe Brugger for driving with a broken headlight on May 21.

During the stop, Brugger was asked to step out of her vehicle by Officer Dustin Fetz who said she was too nervous and must have had drugs.

Video from the officer’s dash cam show Brugger being asked to lift up her shirt and shake her bra out twice.

No drugs were found on Brugger or in her vehicle.  The woman filed a complaint and Florida State’s Attorney opened an investigation.  The officer was placed on a four-day administrative leave.
