ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Police are looking for two suspects involved in a robbery at an AT&T store in south St. Louis County around 9:50am Wednesday. The robbers displayed a gun and tied up two store employees while a third suspect waited in a car outside the store.

The suspects used plastic zip ties to secure the doors and tie up employees face down on the ground.  They then grabbed as many phones as possible before leaving.

What they did not know was one employee was hiding in the back of the store. That employee called 911 and freed the other employees once the robbers left the store.

The suspects  left in a beige or light brown car.  Police have arrested one suspect in connection with this robbery.  Illinois state police stopped a vehicle matching the description of the one used in this robbery.  A woman was taken into police custody.  Two men fled the vehicle and are still at large. Police recovered many cell phones and other items from the AT&T store from the car.

Workers at the Imo's pizza next door didn't know anything was happening.  They found out about the robbery after the AT&T employees came to get something to drink. The AT&T employees were visibly shaken after the incident.

Police say the suspects who escaped are to be considered armed and dangerous.
