CHESTERFIELD, MO (KTVI) – Two outlet malls under construction in Chesterfield will be joined by a third development designed to attract hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, other retail shops and eventually office space.

Chesterfield Blue Valley developer Dean Wolfe expects to sign contracts with two businesses by the end of July and have construction underway this fall.  Wolfe owns 73 acres surrounding the Premium Outlets Mall. He envisions a planned commercial area that will serve customers who come to the mall from as far away as Columbia and Cape Girardeau.

Wolfe stopped by to talk with Elliot Weiler about the development.
