ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-- The entire Metro bus and rail system could be shut down come Monday, if there's a job action by Metro workers.
It comes during a holiday week when mass transit is a popular choice for thousands to enjoy the Fair St. Louis festivities downtown.
The dispute is over Metro wanting new employees to have a 401-k retirement plan rather than a traditional pension.
Strikes are illegal on Metro, but some workers have shown their displeasure by refusing to work overtime and slowing down the system.
