BRIDGETON, MO (KTVI) – Remember the other day we told you about a new poll that said seven out of 10 workers hate their jobs? No workplace is perfect and improvements can be made, even if it means eliminating someone.

That's the premise of the new FOX show "Does Someone Have To Go?" which puts the employees in the driver's seat. They're brutally honest about their co-workers and sometimes it can get ugly.

A St. Louis company called True Home Value was featured in the episode Thursday night. Two employees and stars of this FOX show stopped by the station to talk with Randi Naughton about he experience and the company now.

Mark Zellinger is the Director of Marketing and Jeff Hanna is in sales at True Home Value. They said the company is doing very well and the staff is getting along better.
