Stormy Morning Causes Some Damage, Flash Flood Warnings

(KTVI) - Storms rolling across the St. Louis area early Wednesday morning left minor tree damage but also caused flash flooding concerns in parts of the area.
Downpours of rain in part of Franklin County, Lincoln, Pike, and St. Charles counties in Missouri caused streams and creeks to swell. Drivers should be aware of possible flash flooding.
More storms are possible later Wednesday afternoon. Temperatures will warm near 90 degrees with winds shifting to the northwest around midday.
Dry weather is expected through the rest of the week with cooler temperatures until the weekend.
