(KTVI) – When Twitter user @MasoneDylan tweeted, “if I get 1000 RT’s and ill run across the field.. #ASG #CitiField,”he stayed true to his word.  About two hours after sending out the tweet, @MasoneDylan got his 1,000 and took the Citi Field in the fifth inning.

According to Yahoo! Sports, when he got to second base, he stopped and put his hands up. That’s when security tackled him.  He was quickly removed from the field.

It was ultimately retweeted 3,600 times. New York Daily News reports he was charged with interfering with a professional sporting event.
