St. Louis Zoo to celebrate Shark Week

ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI) – The St. Louis Zoo will be celebrating shark week from Saturday, August 3rd to Friday, August 9th, as the zoo will feature sharks at the Caribbean Cove.  On display will be a white spotted bamboo, brownbanded bamboo and bonnethead sharks.

Saturday and Sunday, August 3rd & 4th, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm the steel drum band Mango Jay will play outside Caribbean Cove and on Friday, August 9th jungle boogie will feature the music of Hudson & Hoo Doo Cats, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Schnucks Family pavilion.

And for visitors that dress up as a shark, you will get free admission to Caribbean Cove.
