(KTVI)- Running is great exercise for men and women. But for women who are pregnant, the simple idea of going for a run can lead to many worries.  Big River Running Company is hosting a Running Through Pregnancy & Beyond Clinic Sunday, July 28 from 10:30-11:30am at their West County location on Manchester Road.

Expectant and new moms will learn best practices for running and nutrition while pregnant and post-baby to help keep mom and baby healthy!

The clinic costs $10. Proceeds benefit local running organizations.
