(KTVI) - In 1969, the average American consumed about 100 pounds of sugar a year.  Today, it's more like 130 pounds per year.   Researchers indicate sugar acts on the brain like cocaine and is hidden in so many foods.

Dentist Dr. Jeff Dalin exposes some of those foods and ways to keep cavities from forming.
