MEHLVILLE, MO (KTVI) -- Anxious parents from the unaccredited Riverview Gardens schools get to tour their children's schools in the Mehlville School District tonight.

Mehlville accepted 209 students, but many more were turned away because the district said there wasn't enough space.

A lawsuit expected to be filed Thursday by Children's Education Alliance, a pro school choice group, plans to challenge that policy.

Just a handful of the entering freshman from Riverview toured the school during new student day Wednesday.
