*** we are stuck in a very non-august weather pattern…Maybe aa little hope for the weekend…The humidity is amazing…Smokey Bear turns 69 today!***


Clouds control with periods of rain…Some storms…Very humid
Winds: east 5-10 m.P.H.
High: 82 degrees

Friday night:

Clouds…Very humid with scattered rain and storms
Winds: north 5-10 m.P.H.
Low: 68 degrees.


A grey start…Clouds then turning partly sunny…Still humid
Winds: north 5-15 m.P.H.
High: 85 degrees.

Sunday…Partly sunny…Maybe a spot storm…Mid 80’s…Still humid

The weather disco:

Weather patterns are in the land that time forgot…Nothing to push the soup out into saturday morning..There is a little kicker on the west coast…But that is also moving in slow motion….The pattern is stuck with fronts dropping down in the northwest flow…Then getting stuck and waving around…The large scale set up…We are caught in-between the two main flows of this summer…The big, hot dome of high pressure…Now expanding over the southern u.S. And that northwest flow…We are a little closer to the northwest flow and that will allow several fronts to work in from the north and then get stuck over the bi-state region…Each time a front works in and waves around we will see showers and storms…Some big rains at times for some…Still no big heat in sight all of next week
