ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The debate on sagging pants continues Tuesday night in south St. Louis.

A forum will be held to discuss city bill number 117.  If it passes, saggy pants would be banned in St. Louis city.  State representative Michael Butler will serve as Tuesday night’s moderator.

A forum was held last week in north St. Louis as well.  Tuesday’s meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at Long Middle School on Morganford Road.
