Man found shot in the chest on North Grand

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Police found a 50-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest on Friday at 2am.

Police say he was approached by a group of men on North Grand near Montgomery. One of the men asked him, “what you got?” then swung his fist at the victim, missing him.

Another man then revealed a gun and fired it at the victim’s chest. The four suspects then ran east on Montgomery street.

Police are still looking for the four black male suspects.

The victim has been taken to the hospital and is listed in critical/stable condition.
