ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - St. Louis Police said two men managed to escape the scene of a drive-by shooting.  Both were still hit, and one man died.

Investigators said they found 35-year-old Terrell Henderson behind the wheel of his car.  Police said he died of a gunshot wound to the head.

Medics found his 24-year-old passenger on the sidewalk on St. Louis Avenue and Norwood Avenue.  He had a gunshot wound to his leg.  That man was rushed to the hospital in serious but stable condition.

Police said this actually started two blocks away near Henderson’s home on St. Louis Avenue and Union Boulevard.  The injured passenger said three men drove past in a black Chevy Impala and opened fire.  Henderson was able to drive two blocks before he died.

No word on any arrests.
