ST. CHARLES, MO (KTVI) – You can paint it gold in St. Charles County with local businesses. Scott Tate is with the St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce and talked with Tim Ezell about a new program to help local businesses encourage college students to make purchases in the area.

Kevin Rogers owns a Dairy Queen franchise and brought in their creation to celebrate Lindenwood University: an LU Blizzard with Oreo pieces and caramel (representing LU’s black & gold) w/ cheesecake thrown in for good measure.
