Two killed after accident in Randolph County

(KTVI)– Two people are dead after an accident on Route 4 in Randolph County.

Authorities say  around 1:23pm Friday 63-year-old Richard F. Buch was driving eastbound on Schuline Road when he failed to stop at the stop sign at Route 4. His vehicle struck another vehicle, then continued and struck a telephone pole.

Passenger, 67-year-old Connie S. Buch, also died. Both occupants were using their seatbelts.

The driver and passenger in the other vehicle sustained non incapacitating injuries.
