(KTVI) – A former WWE diva champion is helping women stay safe by teaching some street smarts.  Eve Torres is stepping out of the ring to teach women self-defense classes.  The reason, she says, is because one in five women will become a victim of sexual assault.

Torres says vital moves for striking an attacker include pushing back with your leg and swinging your fist into the ear or nose.  She says this will stun him and give you the chance to get away.
