(KTVI) - The NFL recently agreed to pay 4,500 former players a $765 million settlement to resolve concussion related lawsuits.  Making the game of football safer is a priority from the NFL down to the high school and even "pee wee" level.

Keith Cronin is a St. Louis sports physical therapist and an expert on injury prevention.  He is profiled in a new PBS hour-long documentary called "The Smartest Team"  It is designed to help football programs and athletes play safer and smarter.
