Toledo gave Mizzou quite a scare, getting to within 24-23 in the third quarter before the Tigers rallied to win handily 38-23 on Saturday in Columbia. James Franklin threw for 212 yards and ran for 77 more to pace the Tigers offense. Henry Josey scored two touchdowns on the ground, while Marcus Murphy scored the final touchdown of the game on a four yard run in the 4th quarter. Franklin had one TD pass in the game, a nine yard hookup with D-G-B, Dorial Green-Beckham in the 2nd quarter to give Missouri at 17-9 lead at halftime. The win boosts Mizzou's record to 2-0 on the young season.
