ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s office is reviewing allegations that an on-duty St. Louis police officer engaged in sex acts with a female victim while on duty and in uniform. The alleged incident happened back on March 28 in the 3500 block of Marcus Avenue.

The 33 year old victim later contacted police, prompting an internal investigation in mid-April. Investigators presented the case to the Circuit Attorney’s office, but the warrant was refused at that time.

The 34 year old officer resigned from the department on April 18.
