More young women choosing “Nanny” as a career

(KTVI) - The ultimate nanny back in the day was Mary Poppins.  She sang, smiled, and entertained the children with her happy ways while both parents were working.

These days moms and dads still need help, and more young people are choosing a career as a nanny.

Luisa Sanders and Amanda Schaud talked to Randi Naughton about the choice to become a nanny or to hire one.

Sanders, a real life nanny, talked about her experiences and what skills a person needs to pursue this career.

Amanda Schaud, is a Family Placement Manager for college nannies and tutors.  She discussed why more and more young women are choosing nannying for a career.

She also talked about what goes into finding a nanny, what parents should look for, and how much they cost.
