Tigers Roll over Hoosiers 45-28

Mizzou went to Bloomington, Indiana on Saturday night for their first road game of the young college football season and came away with a solid 45-28 win over the Hooisers. James Franklin threw for 343 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for a score to lead the Tigers offensive attack. The Tigers also got TD runs from Marcus Murphy and Russell Hansbrough. Franklin’s TD passes were to Dorial Green-Beckham and L’Damian Washington, The Mizzou defense also scored a touchdown on Kony Ealy’s 49 yard interception return for a score, a pick six.

The win improves the Missouri record to 3-0 on the season. They will host Arkansas State next Saturday. Kickoff is at 6:30 PM and will be televised on our sister station, KPLR.
