Pharmaceutical research company plans to create 320 jobs in St. Charles

ST. CHARLES, MO (KTVI)– A pharmaceutical research company from Toronto plans to opens its first U.S. facility in St. Charles bringing 320 new jobs to the area.

Governor Jay Nixon announced Thursday that Pharma Medica Research is investing nearly $31 million in the new business.

Pharma Medica is a research organization serving the pharmaceutical and bio-technology industry.
