Dr. Johnson says the more texts you send, the worse you sleep: People who constantly message 'experience more stress in their friendships.'
People who send a lot of texts sleep less well because they often feel pressurized to reply to messages in the middle of the night.
They also sleep withphone by their bed so are woken by incoming texts.
