ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Here is a primer for Cards fans during Game 5 of the NLDS.

First, know that the Cards game is official sold out.  The Cardinals front office said the team will only guarantee tickets purchased on StubHub.  If you buy on Craigslist, another website, or the street, you are on your own if the tickets prove to be fake.

Second, remember the Blues take on defending Stanley Cup Champs the Chicago Blackhawks.  First pitch at Busch is around 7 p.m. tonight.  The Blues take the ice at the same time.  Simply share a ride with a friend and arrive early to find a parking spot.  Or, you can take Metrolink.  Officials say they will have staff on the platforms, ready to order extra trains if necessary.

Third, you can get Downtown extra early if you come to the official FOX2/News 11 Cardinals Pep Rally.  It will kick off in the Ballpark Village parking lot on 8th and Clark Streets at 4:30 p.m.  It is the perfect excuse to come find a parking space long before the game starts.

So what else is new? Anytime there are more than 15 cars downtown, it becomes a traffic problem! What do they expect, with the slowest, crudest signal control, where every red light is 10 minutes long?
