ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)– The St. Louis Rams have signed Austin Davis to the active roster and Brady Quinn has agreed to terms, according the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

But the guy they really wanted got away. The Rams were interested in Ryan Griffin, a quarterback from Tulane who was on the Saints practice squad.

Soon as the Rams showed interest, the Saints put him on the 53 man roster.

This all comes after news that starting QB Sam Bradford tore his ACL and will be out for the remainder of the season.
