The Blues had fought back from a 2-0 deficit to tie the game in the third period on Vladimir Sobotka’s goal. Alexander Steen scored his 8th goal of the season in the second period to cut the Canucks lead to 2-1.

The loss drops the Blues season record to 5-1-2. They get right back on the ice on Saturday night when the Note travels to Nashville to play the Predators.
