ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-- For St. Louis Cardinals fans, Tuesday`s gloomy weather was life imitating life.

On the airwaves, some Cards fans expressed frustration and disappointment with the team`s two losses at Busch, sending the World Series back to Boston.

And while almost all professed their loyalty to the team and optimism that the Cardinals still have a chance to win the series, some still have concerns.

"So far it has not been good"' said Ryan Schultz. "They need to pick up the hitting, the only person hitting right now is Holiday," he said.

On the Martin Kilcoyne Show on KTRS Radio, one female caller took the manager to task over pitching decisions.

"Matheny has got to take charge and take these guys out when they are done," she said. "I feel it was his fault with Lance Lynn, he should have taken out Wainwright."

Kilcoyne, who is also the sports director at Fox 2, says it is hard to know how fans truly feel based on radio callers.

"I think it is hard to find what the true pulse is because `negative` is usually the people that react.  They are the ones who are mad and have something to say and the ones who are feeling positive don`t tend to share it," Kilcoyne said.
