Austin Scores 3 Touchdowns, Rams Shock Colts 38-8

Rams rookie wide receiver Tavon Austin had his welcome to the NFL party scoring three touchdowns in the Rams surprising 38-8 win over the first place Colts on Sunday in Indianapolis.

Austin returned a punt 98 yards for his first TD. Austin then caught TD passes of 57 yards in the second quarter and 81 yards in the third quarter helping the Rams build a 35-0 lead.

Chris Long began the scoring recovering a fumble after Robert Quinn sacked Colts quarterback Andrew Luck forcing the fumble. Long scooped it up and rumbled 45 yards for his first NFL touchdown. Long later said in the post game interviews that it was his first touchdown ever in football!

The win raises the Rams season record to 4-6. The Colts came into the game with a 6-2 record.
